Q. I am not a techy. Will this work for me?
A: This system was designed for non-technical users. There is a small learning curve, however, we have made it all as easy as possible. VirtualCRM has well documented articles and short how to videos for practically everything.
Q: Are there up-charges for additional features?
VirtualCRM uses LeadConnector/Twilio phone services for SMS drip and/or calls made through the CRM. These are charged at a minimal cost of about .01 per segment SMS and per Minute of talk time.

InstantAds is our flagship program that allows you to create high intent facebook and instagram leads in 3 clicks.
Q. How much do leads cost?
Lead cost depends on which type of ads you are running. Final expense ads will typically come in the least expensive.
Q. How much work is needed to get started?
A: You can select to have your account completely built out for you during your membership sign-up. We have a white-glove onboarding process where we will get your account fully set up for you. We will need your initial Onboarding Form completed. However we have
Q. Do you provide custom work?
A: Yes. We have experts that can design anything from logos, websites, and funnels to custom automation. These customizations exist independently of VirtualCRM. Simply reach out to us if you would like to discuss our services.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
A: You can cancel by simply emailing [email protected] (subject line - NAME - Cancel Account) within 7 days of your draft date. There are NO CONTRACTS so you may cancel at any time.
Q. How many phone numbers can I have?
A: You can have as many numbers as you would like. Phone numbers are billed out at $1.40/month for a local line and $2.80/month for a toll-free line. Having multiple phone numbers is recommended because it may increase the contact ratio.
